1. Definition

• (1)"Program" indicates the computer program and data file contained in This Product.
• (2)"Manual" indicates the instruction booklet and prepackaged documents supplied with the program for using the program.
• (3)"The use of program" indicates the act of copying the program onto RAM and other computer media and executing or using the program on the computer.

2. Terms of Use and Limits of Responsibility

• (1)Customer can use this program on one computer only.
• (2)This Company is not responsible for the result caused by the use of data (images) that Customer has created using this program.
• (3)If Customer uses this program for designing, Customer is required to recheck the design.

3. Customer is prohibited to:

• (1)Transfer, lend and allow the reuse of This Product or part of This Product to a third party. Or change the status of this agreement withoutpermission from This Company.
• (2)Use and copy this program in violation of this contract.
• (3)Change this program or conduct reverse engineering.
• (4)Delete or change copyrights and other indications of right holders shown on This Product.
• (5)Reproduce manual or part of the manual.
• (6)Download, export or re-export This Product to; (i) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, Yugoslavia, North Korea, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Afghanistan or other countries that are banned by the United States from exports, or to their residents, (ii)People designated by the exclusion order of the U.S. Treasury Department and the U.S. Commerce Department.
• (7)Violate Japanese and U.S. export-related laws including the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law and the U.S. Export Administration Act.

4. Limits on Guarantees and Exemption from Responsibility

• (1)The Contract does not guarantee that the quality and functions of This Product match the purposes of Customer and This Company is exempted from responsibilities on defects and product guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in this contract. Customer is responsible for selecting This Product to achieve intended results and for using and for the result of using.
• (2)Under any circumstance, This Company's responsibility is limited to the amount Customer has actually paid for This Product.

5. Jurisdiction of Court

• Customer and This Company agree that disputes regarding this contract fall under the jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

6. Cancellation of Contract

• This Company is able to cancel this contract if Customer violates any of the clauses in this contract. In that case, Customer is not allowed to use This Product.
